YOUR JOB ON SITE: Please place a sticker over each person's phone camera.
Once you have scanned guests' tickets, if they do not hold a TN.W Consent Pass, please make sure they understand the following rules:
1. RAISE A HAND
Raise the palm of your hand to deny a request, advancement, or to stop an action already in
motion. No reason is required when raising a hand, so do not ask for one.
2. INTOXICATION = NO PLAY
Anyone interacting sexually with someone noticeably intoxicated will be removed from site with no refund.
3. NO GLASS
Naked In The Trees is on a working farm and horse training ground so we are very strict on there being no glass on site.
4. LEAVE NO TRACE
Please be tidy Kiwis and take home everything you bring to site. Please also leave the land as
you found it.... ie. we'd love all rocks, trees and treasures (outside of our Treasure Hunt) to be
left as you found them.
5. STAY WITHIN BOUNDS
Guide ropes are there for a reason, please stay on the right side of them.
Finally, remind guests that there is no photography allowed on site. We have official event photographers that understand our consent rules.
Traffic Coordinator
Your LocationYou will be stationed at the main car park (also our main gate where tickets are checked). Everyone attending the festival that is arriving on or after Friday 13th February must go through this check point.
Please get all cars off the road so we don't hold up any local traffic.
Parking Attendant — Main Car Park
Your LocationHelp guests to park neatly and efficiently. Cars should be parked in a herringbone fashion.
You will be shown where to direct cars to once on site — A line will be spray painted on the grass to show where to start parking cars from.
Reference the image shown for the pattern to park people in.
Luggage Collector
Your LocationYou are located in the main car park, under the tin shed that has "NO SHOOTING" spraypainted on the side of it. Use one half of the shed to collect guests' camping gear for Drop-off 01, and the other half for Drop-off 02.
Show guests the map so they can decide which drop-off point they would like their bags sent to. The two drop-off points are marked with a pink dots on the map.
Luggage Transporter
Starting LocationYou will be driving one of two quad bikes or a ute with a trailer on the back, transporting guests' camping gear from the main car park into General Camping.
There are two drop-offs. There is no signal or WiFi in General Camping. Both quads and the ute must drive together, so you are always travelling in the same direction and not crossing one another on the track.
The ute should drive to Drop-off 01, and both the quads go to Dropp-off 02.

There is no signal or WiFi in General Camping, so please use the provided walkie talkie if neccessary.

At the entrance please check those coming into Vehicle Camping are wearing a festival wristband, and hold a Vehicle Camping ticket. You do not need to scan the ticket, just check they have one. Only one pass is required per vehicle.
Park vehicles as neatly as possible, leaving a couple of metres between each one.
Vehicles should face the fence / edge of the paddock...not line the sides of paddocks as this takes up more room.
In Vehicle Camping 02 you will be able to run a second and possibly third line of vehicles in the middle of the paddock.
Fill the back of the paddocks first, then work your way towards the gate.
